All orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of a belt purchase and we will make every attempt to cancel your order as soon as the request is made if it is submitted during our operational hours (Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time), however, they are not guaranteed for any order due to the following conditions:
- Your order has processed and has been scheduled for shipment.
- Your order has been pulled for processing.
- Your order has already shipped.
- A Customer Support Team Member was not able to process your request in time.
