International customers are welcomed to exchange their belts by requesting an exchange by emailing email@example.com and covering shipment costs.
Please inquire regarding current shipment rates.
Shipping payments will be handled by the JSCULPT™ Fitness Exchanges Team and must be paid via invoice before the exchange process can begin.
- International customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the wrong-sized belt back to the JSCULPT™ Fitness warehouse.
- We do not offer refunds on re-stocking fees for any reason.
- Returned belts that show use or damage, which result in a claim being denied, will not be refunded the restocking fee.
- Failure to pay your invoice in a timely manner will forfeit your eligibility for our exchange program.
- International customers must provide tracking information to confirm the belt's return in order for their exchange to be honored.
- Belts must be returned in the original ziplock bag.
