All orders are eligible for a courtesy size change after belt purchase. We will make every attempt to change your size as soon as the request is made if it is submitted during our operational hours (Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time), however, they are not guaranteed if your order falls under the following conditions:
- Your order has processed and has been scheduled for shipment.
- Your order has been pulled for processing.
- Your order has already shipped.
