International customers are welcomed to exchange their belts by requesting an exchange by requesting an exchange via www.jsculptfitness.returnlogic.com. Customers will be sent an invoice for the cost of shipment including tracking.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS NEED TO KEEP TRACKING INFORMATION AND PROVIDE IT TO OUR SUPPORT TEAM IF REQUESTED.

Notes:
- International customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the wrong-sized belt back to the JSCULPT™ Fitness warehouse.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping fees for any reason.
- Returned belts that show use or damage, which result in a claim being denied, will not be refunded the shipping fee.
- Failure to pay your invoice in a timely manner will forfeit your eligibility for our exchange program.
- International customers must provide tracking information to confirm the belt's return in order for their exchange to be honored.
