Due to carrier policies, orders that have not seen movement in tracking or are lost in transit should follow the following guidelines:
TRACKING STUCK IN PRE SHIPMENT
Contact customer support if your tracking is in pre-shipment 3 days or more.
DOMESTIC ORDERS STUCK IN TRANSIT
Contact customer support when tracking hasn't moved in 15 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS STUCK IN TRANSIT
Contact customer support when tracking has not moved in 30 days. Most times delays in international orders are a result of customs delays.
