After successfully processing, domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS based on the region then transferred to the US Postal Service for delivery.
If a package shows delivered via the tracking link provided, per our Lost/Missing Packages Policy, JSCULPT Fitness® will not be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. Customers are responsible for connecting with the US Postal Service (or alternative carrier assigned to order) to file a claim for resolution.
